Congolese Kivu Quatre
The lush and wild Congolese
tropical rainforest shares its natural habitat not only with obscure animals
like the Okapi (the last living relative to the giraffe), but also with rare
coffees that have not been seen commercially for over four decades. Kivu Quatre
was once synonymous with the exotic qualities of coffee from the Dark Continent
and has now returned to claim its Ulyssian Crown. Only available in limited
quantities.

region of Guatemala, Huehuetenango is considered a gourmet coffee renowned by
connoisseurs worldwide. Light to medium body with light acidity, this sweet
cupping coffee has a pleasing aroma with hazelnut notes

Ethiopian Limu
One of the rare washed
Arabicas out of Ethiopia, Limu is a well balanced coffee with excellent
aroma. Traditional farming in this area of Africa has maintained a consistent
quality over the years, making this coffee a choice selection amongst veterans
in the industry.
